This smooth-sweeping CTS pot is typically used with humbucker or high output pickups.

500k-ohm pots are typically used as the volume and tone controls on instruments with humbucker or high output pickups. These pots have a long thread shaft, and can be used on both rear-routed bodies and pickguards, by simply adjusting the hex nuts on the shaft for correct height. Both the shaft and the threaded collar are made of brass for smooth rotation. Top quality CTS brand potentiometers.
